Liver cirrhosis is a chronic liver infection. It consist of deterioration cells along with fibrosis and infection generating nodules. Patients frequently have either global malnutrition or alterations in specific aspects nutritional status, such as micronutrient deficiencies, due to multiple mechanisms, including poor intake, absorption, increased losses. In addition, one the most significant problems cirrhotic patients muscle wasting sarcopenia. Cirrhosis more common than previously thought, affecting 633,000 adults yearly, according study published Journal Clinical Gastroenterology. People had mortality rate 26.4 percent during two-year interval. Most cause alcohol intake (60 70 percent), biliary obstruction (5 10 atresia/neonatal hepatitis, Hepatitis B C (10 percent) hemochromatosis percent). Symptoms include jaundice, fatigue, bleeding bruising easily, nausea, swelling confusion. But many no symptoms. can lead failure cancer. Numerous studies attempted develop Child-Pugh-Turcotte (CPT) classification for prognosis cirrhosis. Major complications are, Ascites, Upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
